The excitement has begun. Be a part of the prestigious Ms. Lanka 2010 for Ms. Asia 2011. Technique International has been literally inundated with your entries which is a good sign. If you have by some chance not been able to mail your application, don’t worry too much over it. You can hand over your application with your photograph and a photocopy of your ID to Technique International, 81/1, Horton Place, Colombo 7.

Interviews with the contestants have commenced and Technique International are conducting programs of training, grooming and learning the catwalk. Alongside, an orientation program for the contestants has begun and this will include a day of nail out, face painting and Mehendi. These programs will be handled by a team from Technique International.

Contestants who have not received their letters for the interviews are requested to go to Technique International on July 31 or on August 5 by 10.30 a.m. for a photo shoot session to participate in the Ms. Sunday Observer Most Popular Contestant.

Today in retrospect we give you memories of the previous Ms. Lanka contests from 1995, memories of the winners who today are popular bright lights in our society.
